Welcome to Billingham Marsh House Harriers

Billingham Marsh House Harriers are a well established running club for all ages and abilities.

We meet every Monday and Thursday evening at 6:30pm and welcome new members. (Under 11's Thursday evenings only.)

We hold a series of events throughout the year, and have a thriving junior section.

CLEVELAND WAY RELAY RECCE
Phil Teece is organising some recce for the relay legs for the Cleveland Way relay, all members are welcome.We need to know numbers as soon as possible to sort out transport. Please contact either Phil or Kay Stokes, e-mail addresses below.
The dates are as follows :
Thursday 10th May Skinninggrove to Slapwath (approx 8 miles), 7pm prompt start from the car park by the jetty.
Wednesday 16th May Slapwath to Gribdale car park (approx 7.5 miles) 7pm prompt start
Thursday 24th May Gribdale car park to Battersby Moor (approx 5.5 miles) 7pm prompt start
Wednesday 30th May Battersby Moor to Clay Bank 7pm prompt start
Wednesday 6th June Clay Bank to Carlton Bank (Lordstones cafe approx 5miles) 7pm prompt start
Thursday 14th June Carlton Bank to Osmotherly (approx 8.5 miles) 7pm prompt start.
Phil will also be organising some recce on Sundays for the legs which are a bit further away, more details of these to follow.

NORTH EAST MARATHON CLUB
We would be very grateful if you could inform your members about the North East Marathon Club's "Tour of Northumbria 2012"
This involves 4 separate marathons in 4 separate scenic areas of the North East. Full details can be found on our website www.northeastmarathonclub.co.uk
A special award will be given to anyone completing all 4 marathons in the Tour. Please see attached entry form. (Individual entry forms for each event have been posted on the website.)
